Stay point of view- decent and pleasant simply home environment.
Food point of view- tasty and our own choice of making the dine, especially kids keep in mind.
Hospitality point of view- Very kind and humble nature family.
Scenic point of view- very close to the foreshore, no noise and fully private no other voice to hear.
Terms & Conditions point of view-- no restrictions/reservations to do and to have the things around you.
Finally Cost point of view-- Very reasonable and accommodating.
To Enclose this by saying a big warm thanks to Mr. Santhosh, he is the person managing everything from a guest point of view, no arrogance very simple and calm going person.
All in all very good exp and much recommendable.

Our stay at Nestle Sahaaydri was truly comfortable and felt just like home. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and even had a heater in the bathroom.
We were a group of four, and one room was spacious enough to accommodate all of us comfortably, with ample bed space. The private beach was the cherry on top, making the whole experience even more special.
A big thanks to our host, Santhosh, who was kind, welcoming, and made sure we had a pleasant stay. A special mention to his wife, who prepared and served us dinner. It was hands down the best meal we had during our entire stay in Murudeshwar. The ghee chicken roast, chapathi, rice, and paneer were absolutely delicious.
Overall, we had an amazing time and would highly recommend this place for a peaceful and memorable stay.

The property is located in stone throwaway to all the water sports and Murudeshwar temple. The ambience is well suited to people in search of peace and serenity. The rooms enjoy an unobstructed view of the sea. The property's cleanliness and hygiene is a five. I must say that the host were very warm hearted, courteous , benevolent., helpful and praiseworthy by nature. They leave no stone unturned to ensure that the food seved is tantalizing and lip smacking at all times. They ensure that the food is authentic and represents the culture and the original flavours. It is great value for money and should be visited by people in search of peace and serenity. Sebastian D'souza the host along with his brother and family were very kind, generous and wonderful human beings. We wish them all the best in all their future endeavours.

We were a family of 10 and we booked both their rooms... :)
The place is absolutely peaceful with good temple view....and food is completely home made... They customise it to our preference and everything is at nominal rate :) (we should call and inform them earlier if you want to eat any of your meals there)
We had a late night dinner on the beach with their camp fire setting and lighting...On our request they even made us hot rasam which was not part of their menu... That was really sweet of them.. :)
Completely hygienic and attention to the guests is their utmost preference.. !

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Nestle Shayadari Home Stay with my family, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. A perfect pet friendly homestay in Murdeshwar. We were 4 Adults and a pet, stayed here for one night. The service was exceptional, rooms were very clean and gave us a homely feeling.
Host Santosh was able to get fresh fish from market on our request. we had ordered pomfret fry, prawns rawa fry, prawns masala, bangda fry, fish curry for dinner. The food was tasty and i would suggest anyone staying here, do try their fish fry. They also provided boiled chicken for my pet on request. Everything about this property is just perfect.

Recently i stayed Nestle sahyadri beachfront Homestay and i must say it was an unforgettable experience. The homestay prime location is best with amazing sea view,the facilities were top-notch,offering everything one could desire for a relaxing getaway,accommodation were spacious,comfortable and clean.One of the highlights of my stay was food,in short the breakfast and dinner experience were extraordinary.

From where to start I'm a person with OCD issue nestle syhadri has changed my perspective at judging places on rating n pricing,,been our home for last 5days it's was an wonderful n one of my bestest stay ever I personally felt it as my own house if google had an option of rating more than 5star I would've rated it full on full, the homestay owner brothers Sebastian & Santosh family were just amazing and very kindful people they were very helpful that home cooked food 😘😋😋😊god my goodness it was just amazing as We are the group of 13ppl we just enjoyed the best ,as I travelled with my 3years old I was happy with hygein,cleanliness & maintenance was just perfect on point ,just an amazing n peacefull beach front stay, loved it I left the place with heavy heart see you soon 😊 looking forward to visit you again 🧿🧿🧿😊😊😊

If you are looking for a simple, serene, clean, safe n budget friendly homestay near Murdeshwar, this homestay is a perfect match. We stayed here in first week of December for one night and two days and had a very fulfilling experiences.
The clean beach just attached this property is a perfect place to hold mini family function and to see beautiful sun set and panaromic views of the Murdeshwar temple. Delightful and healthy dishes prepared by the Santhosh Desouza family is a perfect match to our stay. As a bonus, playing with two cute kids of Santhosh gives more pleasure and real home atmasphere.
Overall, this homestay with great hospitality by Santhosh family gives an unforgettable sweet memories.

We stayed here for 3 nights. Truly best views, excellent service, homely atmosphere. Close to Murudeshwar temple. You get access to a clean almost private beach in the backyard.
Rooms have everything one can ask for a comfortable stay. Hot water, toiletries, towels.
You will be served freshly prepared delicious home cooked meals. Family stays at the property which is very helpful. Thanks a lot Santosh ji and the entire family for making us feel truly at home. Kids also had a wonderful time here. Will definitely recommend for a peaceful and serene getaway.
PS: I forgot to add a very important memory from the trip. The coastal cuisine was undoubtedly delicious but the highlight for parantha lovers were the Gobi and Aalu Paranthas made specially for us. ❤️

It's been a while since our stay in September/October 2025 but our amazing stay at the place deserves a mention. We were on a road trip of coastal Karnataka, looking for a family friendly, value-for-money homestay when we bumped into this one.
As it was a slightly new property with limited online visibility, our initial apprehension was addressed when we talked to Mr. Santhosh. What followed was a pleasant experience that we'd want to re-live whenever we get the next opportunity.
We got treated to home cooked food, deliciously fresh fish and delightful conversations. This is how a beach stay should be - clean rooms, basic facilities, and a natural approach to the beach. It's proximity to the Shiva temple is a huge plus!

We had been there with family on 15th of January 2023. We collected views from net and went. You could not better place in murdeshwar at affordable room rates and even food quality is so good with very reasonable rates. This is home stay and owners they were taking care of us like family. Good pupils around us will make us feel like family. Beach area is very clean. In the early morning 8 .30 am no one is there in beach. As a family we are alone in beach enjoying sunshine.
Temple opening timing from 7 am to 8.15 pm for linga dharshan
For lift timing is from 7 am to 12.45 am and 3 pm to 7 pm
For statue dharshan timing is from 7 am to 7 pm .

Nestle Sahyadri..... I'm surely going to remember this stay all my life. Mr. Santosh is the owner and manager of this property with the help of his family. All of his family members are very welcoming and your requests are completed with priority.
Stay has AC rooms, good WI-FI range, Power backup. Trees all around keep the place super cool. Drinking water taken from the well tastes amazing.
Santosh's wife cooked delicious food on our request. Fresh Mackerel, Prawns and the Fish curry was top notch. You get to sleep with the sound of the ocean and wake up to birds chirping around. The property has Direct access to the clean beach which feels private as you will see very few people on the beach.
Best for swimming as the seabed is flat and water is very very clean.
Come here for a peaceful, calm & soothing experience.

We spent three relaxing days at Nestle Sahyadri Beachfront Homestay and loved the calm, kid-friendly vibe of the place. The private beach was a big highlight—clean, quiet, and perfect for unwinding or letting the kids play safely.
The rooms were nice, clean, and well-kept, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The fish curry deserves a special mention—fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with love. Rates were quite reasonable too, which made the experience feel like great value.
The host was genuinely warm and helpful, always around if we needed anything. While the Wi-Fi speed was a bit slow, it actually helped us disconnect and enjoy the surroundings more.
Overall, it’s a lovely, peaceful spot that’s perfect for families looking to enjoy a simple, beachside escape. We’d happily visit again.

Awesome overnight Stay and delicious home cooked food!! Mr Santosh and his family are so so so warm & courteous. The place is nestled on the beach and what is even more amazing is the majestic view lord shiva. My daughter had a great time playing with the kids around( Sia & Valen were such adorable cuties). Yummy evening snacks and tea. Fish cutlets were the superstars amongst the other lip smacking dishes served with lots of love and care!!! The beach is serene with so many beautiful sea shells!!! An unforgettable stay and I would love to come back with my family again!! If you are looking to spend some peaceful time and great service then this is the place to be!! Thank you Mr Santosh for hosting us so well.
PS: I did not book in advance..just happened to call and check as we were crossing murdeshwar and we got lucky to stay in this hidden gem.

If u want to stay away from the crowd n relax, this is the best place. I came here with my wife on the eve of our 24th wedding anniversary. We just wanted to be with ourselves n spend some quality time together, WE HAD A GREAT TIME HERE.
The rooms are clean and spacious. they don't have a big television but have a big window looking at this sea.
The food is simple n tasty, home cooked without taste maker n any artificial flavours. especially neer dose was superb.
All the 3 days we stayed there, we had our food on the beach front itself, it was a great experience eating while watching the Waves
Mr. Santhosh is the best host i have come across. He is such a humble n caring person. He even arranged a little private party on the beach for us with lights, music n A BEAUTIFUL CAKE. It was a pleasant surprise on our anniversary.
Certainly looking forward to visit again with my children.

This is a home stay managed by Fernandes brothers. There is just one family room as of now and they are coming up with another one shortly. This property is accessible by road 2 kms off NH66. The Homestay is right on the beach. You can access beach in 40-45 steps from your room. The room has sea view and bed and attached bathroom. The facility is clean and the room is covered by trees therefore no need of an air-conditioning. The host provided best service to us and made us really feel at home. The food was too delicious. I highly recommend this place to everyone if you are planning to stay in Murudeshwar. Last but not least is that this is as good as a private beach and safe to play
Tip: If you are travelling from Udupi to Murudeshwar, leave the Murudeshwar exit on the left and continue to travel straight for 1.5 kms and take a left after sign board "Dodda Balse Beach" to reach the property

Bahut beautiful place hai, service, food, rooms, or balcony ne se pura sea view dikhta hai, ekdam shant or sundar place hai, bar bar visit karne jaisi place hai, santhosh sir or unki family ka ekdam helping nature hai, bahut maja aaya, mai ne 24 oct.25 ko visit kiya tha. Lovely place & food.

Stayed at Nestle Sahyadri Beachfront Homestay for 3 nights and had a very pleasant experience.
• Amazing home-cooked food, Breakfast, Snacks, dinner.
• Basic yet very clean and spacious bedroom and bathroom.
• Less than a minute walk to the beach.
• Mr. Santhosh is a great host and always just a call away.
• The entire property is spread across almost an acre, with ample space for kids to play and sufficient parking.
It is a typical old-style homestay experience and not commercialized, which makes the stay feel peaceful, simple, and homely while offering great value for money.
Highly recommended for a relaxed family stay near the beach.

The rooms are excellent. The hospitality of the owners of the room is really good and they treated us like one of their family members. Sebastian and Santosh ji both are really good and well concerned people. They even provide the transport facilities to Murudeshwar Temple and for our return journey gokarna temple which we need to pay by ourselves and one more thing which I can honestly say is very less charges they arranged for us compared with other outside transport charges. In homestay they served us free breakfast and Tea and lunch and dinner It was chargeable and the taste of food was very good and we never felt disappointed in our stay.. I recommend this homestay place to everyone who is traveling to Murudeshwar. The homestay location is very near to the beach and the beach is very neat and clean. I will guarantee them whoever is planning to stay in this location they will definitely enjoy their trip. Thanks Sebastian and Santosh ji for your hospitality.

Fabulous place and great hospitality. Tidy rooms. Excellent and peaceful location right on beach with nice view of ocean and Murudeshwar Shiva statue. Family is so great in showering you with mouthwatering food and convenience. Budget friendly and a peaceful zero interference calm location off beach. Planned to stay for a day but ended up staying for 5 days owing to the hospitality, location, food and tidy rooms.
Enjoyed the serene calmness to the fullest. I surely will come back again and again to this awesome place. I would recommend everyone to visit and enjoy the hospitality.
